Most of us don’t have long to work out, so sometimes we need to just randomly get in some exercise, whether it’s a few quick squats while you’re cooking, or walking up and down the stairs at your job… every little bit counts. But it makes almost no difference if you are eating the same old junk we all eat.

Realistically, 3 cycles is not happening, but start with one, and increase a tiny bit each day if you can. When you wake up and get moving right away, it not only boosts your metabolism so you have more energy, it also boosts your mood!
